Qualification: Full Time Graduation - UG (BCom/BBA); Year of Passing 2022; 2023 and

Full Time Post Graduation - PG (MCom/MBA (Finance); Year of Passing - 2024; 2025.

Note:

• Post Graduation is a must from either MCom/ MBA (Finance) background.
• Candidate should have all original marksheets and PDC of both UG and PG degree will be permitted and candidates waiting for final results are not eligible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Process Executive:

• This role requires ability to perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research and good Analytical skills to interpret and make sense of data/ information in hand.
• Understand client query and their requirements.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Active participation in team building activities.
• Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
• All 5 days work from Office.
• Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
• Able to interpret financial statements and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles and procedures, with a passion for financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with clients and internal stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts.
• The ability to be highly organized and have a rigorous attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy.
• Time-bound and meticulous.
• Capacity to function autonomously in a demanding setting.
• The capacity to identify problems, understand their root causes, and propose effective solutions is a key requirement.
• Must be able to analyze and interpret the data/numbers.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor‘s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred): BCom/BBA
• Master‘s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred): MCom/MBA (Finance)

Skills Required

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in MS office.

Documents to Carry:

• Carry a printout your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
