Prime Venture Partners is looking for a Portfolio Finance Manager to partner closely with founders, strengthen finance capabilities across our portfolio, and elevate financial governance, data discipline, and commercial insights across early-stage companies.

About the Role

The Portfolio Finance Manager will act as the finance & commercial interface between Prime and our portfolio companies- spanning pre-investment, investment, and post-investment stages.

You’ll help founders build strong financial systems, shape governance, manage key transactions, and drive performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Investment & Investment Support

• Drive financial & legal due diligence with founders and service providers
• Manage smooth closure of transactions up to fund wiring
• Help define key financial metrics and review processes
• Support cap-table management and follow-on round planning
