Job descriptionConfigure expense policies, categories, and workflows. Integrate expense reporting with finance and project modules. Configure purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management. Set up procurement workflows and approval hierarchies. Support the AP team with day-to-day procurement and invoice processes. Configure HR parameters, worker master, and position management. Set up HR-related workflows (onboarding, deactivation, approvals). Collaborate with HR and Project teams for resource onboarding in projects. Configure and manage GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and Periodic processes. Provide end-user support for daily operations and resolve ongoing issues. Handle accruals, provisions, and financial reporting. Design and configure approval workflows across modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest best practices. Experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Exposure to multi-country and multi-currency implementations. Knowledge of tax / localization setups. About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Functional Consultant โ D365 F&O with hands-on experience in Finance and Project Management Accounting . The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, managing end-user support, and ensuring seamless integration across Finance, Projects, Procurement, and HR workflows.
