Walk-in Drive at HCLTech – Ambattur - 6, Chennai - 5th ,6th & 7th November 2025

We are hiring Associates / Analyst / Team lead for our Inbound Calling Process ( No Sales, No Upselling, No Cross-Selling).

Role Details :

  • Designation : Associate / Analyst / Team lead
  • Process : Inbound Calling
  • Experience : 1 -3 years in International Voice Process / 3-5 yrs / 5- 8 yrs
  • Education Eligibility : 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results both individually & as part of a team

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
  • Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
  • Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
