About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing of enterprise-scale systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing executing and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure system reliability scalability and stability under varying load conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan design and execute performance load stress and endurance tests for applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner NeoLoad GatlingK6).
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development infrastructure and database teams to recommend optimizations.
• Analyse system behaviour and interpret results to provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and design test strategies accordingly.
• Monitor application metrics using tools like Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana or Prometheus during test execution.
• Participate in performance tuning capacity planning and scalability assessments.
• Ensure performance testing aligns with CI / CD pipelines and supports DevOps practices.
