Job Description : Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative and concept design. This candidate will have 3 to 5 Years of experience in working with numerous different design platforms for both digital and print forms. One who can narrate stories with graphics.

Skills Required :

  • Knowledge about design elements, such as color, typeface, alignments and composition.
  • Requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL
  • E, or Stable Diffusion for concept visualization and ideation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tools — e.g., ChatGPT for content brainstorming,  and Canva’s Magic Studio.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering basics to generate and refine AI imagery that aligns with brand style and messaging.
  • Figma , Illustrator, InDesign , CorelDRAW (Preferred)
  • Video editing knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective creative communication like but not limited to brand identified, print and digital collaterals for different purposes.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Stay updated with AI design trends, tools, and platforms that improve workflow speed and creative output.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in tolls and software required to deliver the above (Required).
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, storytelling and design skills.
  • Portfolio of work required for initial screening.
