Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Decision-Making

• Architect and guide the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Make critical technical decisions on architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance trade-offs.
• Define and uphold best practices in development, security, and platform governance.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions that align with enterprise standards.
