Basic Functions :

Nucor Towers & Structures Inc, a division of Nucor, the United States’ largest recycler and largest

manufacturer of steel and steel products, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of a Lead

Engineer at our business unit located in New Delhi. Duties of the successful candidate include but are not limited to the following :

• Performing as an active contributor to the NTS leadership team strategy
• Providing mentoring, coaching and accountability of their team through performance reviews
• Maintaining manpower requirements through proper staffing, training, and development of team while coordinating individual work schedules with production requirements
• Assuring consistent application of current design policies, procedures, and practices
• Developing and maintaining NTS design standards to be applied across our organization
• Providing world class service to our internal & external customers by meeting their needs quickly and effectively
• Partnering with division leadership and other departments to drive continuous improvement
• Supporting business development through customer and specifier interaction promoting Nucor’s value proposition while cultivating deeper relationships
