We are looking for a strong Star Delivery Lead / Manager to head our recruitment delivery for US clients. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, Coach and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.

Responsible for internal hiring and get A players.

Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP / VMS accounts (IT + non-IT).

Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations.

Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations.

Hands-on involvement in critical / hard-to-fill roles when needed.

Requirements

Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, US Recruitment.

Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired

5+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters

Have an eye for resume, process and innovation

Good understanding of IT and related areas.

Train and mentor the junior recruiters.

Experience working with revenue and placement targets and competent enough to achieve them
