Job Title : Senior Technical Recruiter

• Location : Bangalore (Domlur)
• Workdays : Monday to Friday
• Timings : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
• Work Mode : 3 days work from office (Hybrid).
• Experience : 6 -10 years in domestic technology recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete technology recruitment process for high-profile clients across India.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.
• Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders in remote, onsite, or hybrid setups depending on the project.
• Maintain a best-in-class candidate and client experience throughout the process.
