Job Title : Senior Technical Recruiter
- Location : Bangalore (Domlur)
- Workdays : Monday to Friday
- Timings : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- Work Mode : 3 days work from office (Hybrid).
- Experience : 6 -10 years in domestic technology recruitment

You will be at the forefront of Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, leading end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensuring both speed and quality in delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete technology recruitment process for high-profile clients across India.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.
- Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders in remote, onsite, or hybrid setups depending on the project.
- Maintain a best-in-class candidate and client experience throughout the process.

- 6-10 years of technology recruitment experience, ideally with India exposure.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively.
