Location : Chennai / Hyderabad (Work from Office - Mandatory)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI / ML Developer to join our team. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and MLOps. This role requires a hands-on approach to building production-grade ML pipelines and a deep understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hands-on Development : Design, develop, and deploy robust AI and machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Production-Grade Pipelines : Build and manage end-to-end, production-ready machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• MLOps and Lifecycle Management : Implement MLOps best practices to manage the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.
• Tooling Expertise : Utilize tools such as MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Airflow to streamline ML workflows.
• Cloud and Infrastructure : Work extensively in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), leveraging services for model training and deployment.
• Containerization : Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate applications and models.
• CI / CD : Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Generative AI Development : Develop and fine-tune models using OpenAI, Claude, and other Generative AI tools.
• API Development : Build and deploy robust APIs using frameworks like FastAPI to serve models.
