Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Technical Support to join our team at PSG Global Solutions India. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who can lead the complete setup of IT infrastructure for our new office, manage end-to-end IT operations, and ensure seamless connectivity and security across systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate directly with vendors and stakeholders with minimal supervision. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment from the ground up while also supporting daily IT operations for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and setup of IT infrastructure for the new office, including networks, servers, and systems
  • Coordinate directly with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of IT setup and maintenance activities
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through completion with minimal supervision, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget alignment
  • Oversee configuration, administration, and optimization of servers, networks, and endpoint systems
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity, access control, and data protection measures across all systems
  • Handle IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor performance management
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain detailed IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure integration, upgrades, and system improvement initiatives
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency within the IT environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure setup, and network management.
  • Proven experience in office buildouts, site migrations, or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in Windows / Linux administration, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365 / Azure / AWS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and manage projects with minimal oversight.
  • IT certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, or similar preferred
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in new office IT setup or site migration projects
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, network layout, and Wi-Fi infrastructure planning
  • Strong understanding of Wi-Fi routers, bandwidth requirements, and network capacity planning based on seating strength and usage
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools
  • Exposure to virtualization management (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of voice communication systems and cloud-based calling tools used for international calls.

  • Work Mode : On-site, 5 days a week
  • Work Hours : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST
  • Salary Range : Competitive as per market standards
  • Expected Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Experience Required : 5 - 7 Years
