• Collaborate with the mechanical and site teams to understand system requirements for electrical panels.
• Select components and prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) including PLCs, HMIs, switchgear, VFDs, power supplies, wires, and cables.
• Create detailed electrical panel drawings in AutoCAD , including :
• Power & control wiring diagrams
• PLC I / O wiring
• PLC & HMI General Arrangement (GA)
• Inside & outside panel GA
• Termination drawings
• Comprehensive BOM
• Coordinate with the procurement team for material sourcing.
• Oversee panel fabrication , working with in-house and external vendors.
• Conduct panel testing to ensure design accuracy and performance.
• Provide technical support during commissioning and assist in troubleshooting at project sites.
