Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, driven, and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Ad Sales to drive revenue growth for our channels in the North region. This role is critical to executing the on-ground sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue delivery against targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Contribute to annual sales planning with market insights, forecasts, and actionable strategies.
Track sales performance vs. targets and deploy action plans to exceed revenue goals.
Leverage content plans to maximize monetization opportunities.
Revenue Growth
Drive revenue through new client acquisition and increased wallet share from existing clients.
Present compelling sales pitches to clients / agencies highlighting channel strengths.
Support Group Head in structuring large client deals and pitches.
Ensure timely collections and support receivable management to minimize bad debts.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies.
Identify new prospects and position Sony Pictures Networks as a preferred partner.
Engage regularly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with channel teams, sales coordination, and internal stakeholders to drive revenues.
Share market intelligence with Group Head to adapt sales strategy to competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate Diploma in Management (MBA / PGDM preferred).
3–7 years of relevant Ad Sales experience in Media / Broadcast / Entertainment industry .
Proven track record of revenue delivery and strong client / agency relationships.
