About The Role :
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the complete sales journey - from connecting with leads on our CRM, building interest, conducting meetings and site visits, to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where your performance directly translates into growth opportunities and lucrative incentives. Consistent performers will also get the chance to lead and manage a sales team within 6 months.
Role & responsibilities
- Targets : Consistently achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth.
- Lead Management : Work on leads provided through the company CRM. Call, engage, and qualify prospects.
- Client Engagement : Pitch project details, understand client needs, handle objections, and build rapport.
- Meetings & Visits : Invite clients for office meetings or schedule / conduct site visits to showcase the project.
- Sales Closure : Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Documentation : Ensure smooth processing of all paperwork and client documentation.
- CRM Discipline : Maintain accurate and timely updates of every client interaction with notes and call recordings.
- After-Sales Relationship : Build long-term trust and client satisfaction post-sale.
Growth Opportunity
