We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer / Lead with deep expertise in CMDB design, discovery, integrations, and governance . The ideal candidate will ensure CMDB data integrity and support core ITSM / ITOM processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery & Service Mapping
• Maintain data accuracy, class design, and CI relationships
• Integrate CMDB with monitoring, asset, and external systems via APIs / MID Server
• Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation
• Define and enforce CMDB governance & data quality standards
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset teams for process alignment
