Description
We are seeking a skilled Manager, Service Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. The candidate must have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. The position will be based in our office in Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Manage the service delivery team and ensure that they are meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Create and maintain a service delivery plan to ensure that all clients are receiving the appropriate level of service
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are being met
- Track and report on service delivery metrics to senior management
- Ensure that the service delivery team is adhering to all company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field1-6 years of experience in service delivery managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with project management methodologiesAbility to analyze data and identify areas for improvementExperience in client relationship managementAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of ITIL and other service delivery frameworksExperience working in the job market context of IndiaSkills Required
