Ngram is reimagining how businesses communicate through video. We’re an early-stage, venture-backed startup building a GenAI-first video platform for enterprise use cases - from marketing to internal comms to training.

Our teams operate out of San Francisco and Hyderabad, building fast, designing boldly, and shipping smarter.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the end-to-end user experience across the platform. This isn’t just polish—we’re talking full-stack design : rethinking the information architecture, refining workflows, and delivering interfaces that make GenAI feel human and intuitive.

You’ll :

Redesign core user journeys and streamline complex product flows
Lead high-velocity experimentation and iteration on new UX concepts
Collaborate with product, engineering, and content to launch features end-to-end
Use our in-house Vibe design-to-code tooling to ship directly to production
Expert level #Figma user

You Might Be a Fit If You :

Think in systems, not screens

Are fluent in both Visual Design and UX Research

Have experience working with early-stage products or 0→1 teams

Are obsessed with simplicity, clarity, and user delight

Communicate clearly, write well, and design with intention

Bonus Points If You :

Have motion / interaction design experience

Have worked with AI products or tools

Can prototype and test ideas without waiting on engineering
