• Facility Lease Management & Budgeting - Global
• Monthly Rent payment processing and tracking - Global
• Infrastructure Projects Execution
• Space Utilization Management and Seat Allocation ( Bangalore)
• Vendor Management
• Periodic MIS - Expertise in reporting - Excel
• Working with POCs for APAC ( Other than India) & Europe regions on Leases and Projects

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :

Advanced Excel expertise

Well versed in Power point presentations

MS Project
