Job description

Hiring for a long-term contract position in remote work arrangements involves providing Level 1-3 support for user issues related to session performance, access, printing and profile-related incidents on Horizon VDI platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with VMware Horizon View (7.x or 8.x), Windows desktop OS (Windows 10 / 11), Active Directory and group policies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for user issues
  • Create and maintain golden images for various user groups

Required Experience :

  • At least 2 years of IT support experience with 1 year of supporting VDI environments
  • Experience with VMware Horizon View, Windows desktop OS and Active Directory

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Deep experience creating and maintaining golden images
  • Familiarity with FSLogix, profile redirection and user data management

    • Certifications such as VMware VCP-DTM are highly desirable.
