Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for NMC Cell design and development in the Cell R&D organization to achieve company’s goal. The role requires to lead design and development team for NMC technology for various format of battery cells manufactured in EESL Gigafactory.Job Description : Maintaining adequate inventories of Raw Materials / Assembly Materials / PPEs / Consumables etc in shopfloor as per Production planIssuing Materials from various warehouses to production with help of various Materials handling equipment’s such as RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, Conveyors etc.Allocating Manpower for Kitting / De-Palletizing, Palletising Packing, Materials issues, Internal Scarp movement etcEnsuring zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting Variance analysis etc.Moving various scrap (Haz and non-Haz) to defined area.Co-ordinating with internal stake holders such as production planning, Process, Maintenance, Quality, IT Contractors, SCM etc. to ensure the fulfilment of business requirementsEnsure required entries and passed in SAP and documents are maintained as per Standard operating procedure.Adherence to standardsMaintaining and issuing PPEs and ConsumablesResponsibilities : Ensuring the right materials are delivered to production at the right time and in the right placeCoordinating with Internal stake holders to avoid production stoppage due to non-availability of materialsTrain manpower to use related equipment for executionWarehouse ManagementWMSASRSInventory ManagementScrap ManagementCycle counting
