Job Overview
This role involves the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Environment Design and Implementation :
- Create Office 365 environments that meet customer requirements.
- Transformation Deliverables :
- Develop assessment summaries, design documents, BOMs, SOPs, and other transformation deliverables.
- Team Leadership :
- Manage engineering or professional services teams to deliver customer and partner business results.
- Customer Support :
- Provide regular updates, troubleshoot deployment and migration issues, and work with customers to resolve their concerns.
- Automation and Reporting :
- Develop expertise in coding and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise :Experience working with Microsoft solutions including AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.Problem-Solving Skills :Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills from conceptualization to implementation.Broad Knowledge Base :Possess a broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture.Delivery Planning :Plan delivery models and resourcing structures for various technologies.Certificate Management :Manage hardware, software, policies, and procedures for digital user / system certificates.Security Definitions :Have experience with security definitions and solutions.ITSM Processes :Knowledge on ITSM processes and good communication skills.Disaster Recovery Plans :Aware of disaster recovery plans to decide RTO and RPO for an architecture along with BCP.
