Job Title : Marketing Head – Generics Therapy Location : Bhat, Ahmedabad Department : Marketing Job Summary : Lead the marketing function for the Generics Therapy portfolio, driving strategic brand planning, market development, and business growth through effective product positioning and promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Generics portfolio. Drive portfolio performance through lifecycle management and new product launches. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends. Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage budgets, campaigns, and marketing communication plans. Lead and mentor the marketing team for performance excellence. Qualifications & Experience : 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with strong exposure to Generics. Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
