What will you do ?
Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementationBe a platform domain expert and set up customers for immediate successWork with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey promotes a customer first environment at all timesBe result-oriented and data-driven to actively track usage of the platform and drive ROI for customers. Analyze and showcase customer data to improve the user experience.Prepare videos, emails and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding and implementation processUnderstand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.Work closely with customers and their tech teams to fully integrate into their tech stack.Train customers in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation and go-live process.Track and hit key implementation milestones and reduce roadblocks throughout the processImproving product or service adoption by educating users about the product best practicesEnsure faster, smoother customer adoption and use of the platform and effectively showcase the ROI and time-to-value to the customersFlexible to work in the US timings.You should apply if :
You have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting.You have hands-on experience or exposure to REST APIs and have worked on custom integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party tools.You bring strong organizational and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.You are a critical thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems, and you're comfortable learning new technologies quickly.You have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about building long-term customer loyalty.You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.You listen actively, empathize with customers, and are motivated to deliver outcomes that matter.Youve demonstrated strong product and consumer thinking throughout your career, balancing user needs with business goals.Experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or fintech platforms is a strong plus(ref : hirist.tech)
