Job descriptionProcure machinery, equipment for all sites through purchase team Source manpower for junior roles in P&M team after HODs approval Supply machinery to the ongoing projects and upcoming projects based on requirement and approval of HOD Ensure scheduled maintenance of machinery in prescribed intervals as per OEM Ensure sufficient spares availability in stock to avoid delay in repair / maintenance of machinery Arrangement of spares parts by raising the PR well in advance Ensure scheduled maintenance of the machinery is done on time through regular(fortnigh) meetings Visit projects on regular basis and conducting audits Check Log books & Check list, documents, Machinery Vs Manpower, field service report Maintain documents of all existing and new machinery (eg. PO / Invoice / Commissioning / Warranty) Inter transfer of the available Manpower as per the requirement of respective sites Deploy new P & M operational and technical staff to the projects after necessary approvals (HOD) Co-ordinate with OEMs / Dealers for Maintenance and spares related activities Create Item codes of new spares to raise PR for further requirements (Item creation) Get approvals from the HOD for major periodic breakdowns, maintenance requiring outsourcing Provide technical support for purchase team and new machine or for spares Conduct P&M related monthly meetings with project mechanical & civil site execution in-charges Conduct stock audit on quarterly basis on spares at CMG Ensure action on any special activity assigned by HOD
