Job description
  • Procure machinery, equipment for all sites through purchase team
  • Source manpower for junior roles in P&M team after HODs approval
  • Supply machinery to the ongoing projects and upcoming projects based on requirement and approval of HOD
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance of machinery in prescribed intervals as per OEM
  • Ensure sufficient spares availability in stock to avoid delay in repair / maintenance of machinery
  • Arrangement of spares parts by raising the PR well in advance
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance of the machinery is done on time through regular(fortnigh) meetings
  • Visit projects on regular basis and conducting audits
  • Check Log books & Check list, documents, Machinery Vs Manpower, field service report
  • Maintain documents of all existing and new machinery (eg. PO / Invoice / Commissioning / Warranty)
  • Inter transfer of the available Manpower as per the requirement of respective sites
  • Deploy new P & M operational and technical staff to the projects after necessary approvals (HOD)
  • Co-ordinate with OEMs / Dealers for Maintenance and spares related activities
  • Create Item codes of new spares to raise PR for further requirements (Item creation)
  • Get approvals from the HOD for major periodic breakdowns, maintenance requiring outsourcing
  • Provide technical support for purchase team and new machine or for spares
  • Conduct P&M related monthly meetings with project mechanical & civil site execution in-charges
  • Conduct stock audit on quarterly basis on spares at CMG
  • Ensure action on any special activity assigned by HOD
