Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and providing support for HR management activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient implementation of HR practices and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
