Job Description : Demand Generation Representative
Location : Hyderabad, India - Hybrid Remote (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Role Overview
The Demand Generation Representative will act as the frontline engine for revenue growth, blending the responsibilities of Business and Sales Development and digital demand generation. This is a role designed for someone who can execute outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and digital campaign activities all with the goal of building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Sales Development
- Prospect into target accounts and personas (Service Leaders, CIOs, Warranty Managers, Parts Directors) using multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM .
Digital Demand Generation
Partner with marketing to execute campaigns (email nurtures, webinars, content syndication, LinkedIn ads).Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, MQL → SQL) and suggest optimizations.Support demand capture around industry events and conferences (pre-event outreach, post-event follow-up).Collaboration & Feedback
Provide continuous insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging, campaigns, and targeting.Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to design account-based GTM strategies.Deliver weekly reports on meetings booked, pipeline sourced, and campaign impact.Tools You’ll Use

2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or demand generation roles (preferably SaaS or enterprise tech).Familiarity with manufacturing, field service, or industrial / automotive / medical equipment industries is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to hold executive-level conversations.Data-driven, self-starter mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
