ROLE
This isn’t an easy role. It demands ownership, focus, and a hunger to grow. You will manage the daily social media operations for HIPCASTLE across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and X. The job is fast-paced, creative, and hands-on. You will plan, post, engage, and find new ways to grow our community every single day.

We want someone motivated, ambitious, and grounded in a growth mindset. Someone who brings energy, creativity, and consistency to the table. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setup, managing multiple things at once, and being part of a team that’s obsessed with improvement.
Your Day at HIPCASTLE
Social Operations
- Post daily across all platforms
- 1 feed post with quality check before publishing
- 2 to 3 stories
- 1 reel with daily monitoring and quick optimizations
- Keep the content calendar updated and in sync with the design and shoot teams
Engagement
Reply to comments and DMs quickly and professionallyTarget 50 to 100 meaningful comment interactions and 20 to 25 DMs dailyJoin conversations, reply with personality, and keep the community activeCoordination and Planning
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan weekly contentEnsure timelines, captions, and visuals are ready in advanceHandle approvals, reminders, and uploads efficientlyHunt and Partnerships
Spend time daily identifying potential collaborators and partnersSource around 5 models, 10 barter leads, and 5 club or brand partners each dayMaintain a record of outreach and follow-upsGrowth and Ideas
Spend an hour daily studying trends, generating fresh ideas, and pitching themTrack what works, share insights, and help shape our tone of voiceCommunication and Support
Dedicate time each day to follow up on tasks, communicate with teams, and handle updatesSupport shoots, events, and campaigns when requiredEnsure posting continues even on holidays or event daysWhat we Expect from You
