Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant | REIM to IMCS Cloud Migration

Location : Remote

Work timings : 3 : 00 PM IST12 : 00 AM IST

About the Role :

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Invoice Matching solutions to lead a critical cloud transformation project—migrating from Oracle Retail On-Premise to Oracle Retail Cloud, specifically transitioning Invoice Matching (REIM) to Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS).

This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless migration, data reconciliation, extension retrofitting, and successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the migration strategy from REIM to IMCS, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external system integrators
Analyze, design, and retrofit IMCS extensions to meet evolving business requirements
Support data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing of custom IMCS extensions
Conduct unit testing and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system stability
Provide deep expertise in Oracle Retail Management System (RMS) and Invoice Matching solutions
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during migration and post-go-live phases
Document processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge transfer
Travel to Seattle for on-site collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Analyst with strong RMS knowledge

Deep expertise in Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (REIM) and / or Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS) - This is mandatory

Hands-on experience with both On-Premise and Cloud-based Oracle Retail environments

Strong understanding of Oracle Retail data structures, tables, and data models

Experience with deployment, configuration management, and unit testing in Oracle Retail

Ability to coordinate Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT while managing configuration changes

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders

Self-motivated and effective in remote work environments

Preferred :

Technical skills in customization and extension development (we'll also consider strong functional experts with technical awareness)

Experience working with external systems integrators

Oracle Retail Cloud certifications
