Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Equity Research Analyst who can bridge day-to-day trading needs and long-term investment research. The ideal candidate excels in financial analysis, data-driven modeling, and actionable market insights—delivering value to both traders and portfolio managers. While experience in technical analysis (charts, indicators) is advantageous, it is not a must; we encourage strong fundamental analysts who want to expand their market skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor markets, macro trends, and news to identify both fast-moving trading opportunities as well as longer-term investment ideas.
• Perform in-depth fundamental analysis across sectors and companies : financial statements, valuations (DCF, PE, NAV), management assessments, and risk scenarios.
• Support both short-term (intraday / swing) and long-term strategy : generate timely trade ideas and deep-dive investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, carry out scenario / sensitivity testing, and contribute to investment memos and presentations.
• Prepare succinct daily / weekly trading notes and comprehensive investment research suitable for diverse audiences.
• Track key market events, earnings, regulatory actions, catalysts, and company / sector developments.
• Collaborate with traders and the investment team to optimize trade execution and portfolio positioning.
• Adopt and learn modern research or trading platforms; contribute to ongoing process and strategy improvement.
