Requirements For The Post :

Relationship Managers (2 Positions)

Location : Bhiwadi / Rewari / NCR

CTC Range : ₹4.8 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities :

Manage large-ticket institutional clients (₹5 Cr+) in education, healthcare, and

warehousing sectors

Conduct client meetings, pitch financing solutions, and provide advisory

Liaise with Banks / NBFCs for loan processing, negotiations, and closures

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Achieve quarterly disbursement and revenue targets

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance / Commerce preferred)

2–5 years’ experience in banking, NBFC sales, or financial advisory

Strong communication & client handling skills

Requirements For The Post :

Field Executives (2 Positions)

Location : Bhiwadi / Rewari / NCR

CTC Range : ₹2.4 LPA – ₹2.8 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities :

Visit clients for document collection, verification, and agreement execution

Assist Relationship Managers in client servicing and follow-ups

Submit loan files to banks / NBFCs and track status till disbursement

Travel across Bhiwadi, Rewari, NCR region for client needs

Requirements :

Graduate (any stream)

1–3 years’ experience in field operations (banking / finance preferred)

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

Good interpersonal and time management skills.

Requirements For the Post :

Back Office / Documentation Officer (1 Position)

Location : Bhiwadi (HQ)

CTC Range : ₹2.4 LPA – ₹2.8 LPA + Incentives

Responsibilities :

Prepare complete loan files (KYC, ITR, Balance Sheet, Project Reports)

Coordinate with CAs, valuers, and clients for missing documents

Maintain MIS / reporting of loan status, disbursements, and advisory fees

Ensure compliance with KYC / AML / RBI guidelines

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

1–3 years’ experience in loan file processing or back-office in NBFC / Bank

Proficiency in MS Excel and strong documentation skill
