Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will also provide strategic advice to hiring managers, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the successful recruitment of candidates aligned with company goals. The role may also include improving recruitment processes and representing the company at career fairs and events.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Consulting and Interviewing skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
