About the Opportunity

Elfonze is evolving from a product company into an enterprise AI platform powerhouse. As our Chief Product Officer , you'll be the strategic leader who shapes the vision for SmartMPS and 14+ enterprise assets, positioning them within the Enterprise AI Asset Exchange Platform , a comprehensive ecosystem that becomes the launchpad for enterprise AI adoption.

This is a strategic executive role focused on vision, leadership, and business outcomes across Oracle centric technology ecosystems.

The Mission

Lead Elfonze's transformation into a product led, industry solution focused organization by :

  • Defining the Enterprise AI Asset Exchange Platform Vision : Set the strategic direction for SmartMPS and 14+ enterprise assets as an integrated ecosystem where customers accelerate their AI journey
  • Driving Platform Strategy : Lead GTM transformation from "we sell products" to "we enable AI transformation"
  • Leading Product Organization : Build and lead teams that own end to end product lifecycle from ideation through GTM, adoption, and scale
  • Shaping Industry Solutions Strategy : Define vertical specific AI solutions that solve real enterprise challenges
  • Governing Enterprise Readiness : Establish compliance, security, and global scalability standards including FedRAMP readiness across all products

What You'll Own

Strategic Vision & Leadership

  • Set strategic direction and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Asset Exchange Platform
  • Lead the transformation of 15 enterprise assets into a cohesive platform ecosystem
  • Champion "platform first" mindset across the organization
  • Report to CEO and represent product strategy to the board
  • Product Organization Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead world class product management and product marketing teams
  • Establish product development frameworks, processes, and governance
  • Define success metrics and hold teams accountable for business outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and execution excellence
  • GTM Strategy & Business Outcomes

  • Define GTM strategy including positioning, pricing, packaging, and channel strategy
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership on revenue targets
  • Own product P&L accountability and drive business growth
  • Industry & Vertical Strategy

  • Identify and prioritize vertical markets (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government)
  • Define solution strategies that accelerate customer time to value
  • Guide teams on industry specific requirements and opportunities including federal sector needs
  • Oracle Ecosystem Strategy

  • Define partnership strategy with Oracle for Enterprise Suite integration (Oracle ERP, Fusion Applications)
  • Lead executive relationships within the Oracle ecosystem for co selling and joint solutions
  • Governance, Compliance & Standards

  • Establish compliance, security, and governance frameworks across all products
  • Oversee global regulatory alignment including GDPR, SOC2, ISO certifications, and FedRAMP authorization
  • Define and drive FedRAMP readiness strategy for federal market expansion
  • Define enterprise architecture standards including multitenant design, SSO, audit trails, RBAC
  • External Leadership

  • Represent Elfonze's product vision at industry conferences and with analysts
  • Build executive relationships with key enterprise and government customers as strategic advisors
  • What Success Looks Like

    Year 1 : Platform vision and strategy defined, product organization built, GTM strategy launched, Oracle partnerships initiated, FedRAMP readiness roadmap established

    Year 2 : All 15 assets positioned within platform, industry recognition achieved, 3+ vertical strategies in market, global compliance governance established, FedRAMP authorization in progress

    Year 3 : Category defining platform, thriving partner ecosystem, company transformation to product led organization complete, FedRAMP authorized for federal market access

    Who You Are

    Required Experience

  • 15+ years in product leadership, 7+ years in executive product roles leading enterprise IT products at scale
  • Proven track record of building and leading high performing product organizations
  • Experience defining platform and marketplace strategies
  • Deep understanding of Oracle ecosystem (ERP, Fusion, or Enterprise Suite)
  • Enterprise AI / ML market and business model knowledge
  • B2B enterprise software leadership with Fortune 1000 customer relationships
  • Launched products generating >
  • $50M revenue with P&L ownership

  • Global product leadership across multiple geographies and regulatory environments
  • Experience with FedRAMP authorization process and federal compliance requirements
  • Essential Capabilities

  • Business Acumen

  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and unit economics
  • Experience with platform and marketplace monetization strategies
  • Knowledge of enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes including federal acquisition
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP) and their business implications
  • Knowledge of federal market requirements and government contracting landscape
  • Preferred

  • Executive product leadership at growth stage companies ($50M to $500M)
  • Vertical industry expertise (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government)
  • Experience building platform ecosystems with third party participation
  • Oracle NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or related enterprise software background
  • Led products through FedRAMP Moderate or High authorization
  • Experience with StateRAMP or other government compliance frameworks
