Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alwarpet, Chennai for a Junior Urban Designer / Urban Planner. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior team with design and development tasks, assisting in the preparation of architectural plans, layouts, and drawings, conducting site visits, and ensuring plans meet regulations and client specifications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, contributing creative solutions, and maintaining project documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience with Project Management and Integration
• Knowledge of related Software
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and planning software including GIS
• Proficiency in making presentations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Masters degree in Architecture or Urban Design / urban planning
