Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are organized and up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, managing office supplies, and coordinating events.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Familiarity with office management software and tools.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
