Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hadoop Engineer based in Pune. The Senior Hadoop Engineer will oversee the administration of Hadoop clusters, manage and optimize big data platforms, and lead Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes. Responsibilities also include building efficient data pipelines, monitoring data infrastructure, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth operations of Hadoop systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hadoop administration and cluster management
• Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and techniques
• Relevant certification in Hadoop or big data technologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Prior experience in similar roles is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
