About the Role :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with proven expertise to lead the design and
implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on Sales and Order Management
(SOM) applications and the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry-
specific suite.
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and
delivery teams to create scalable, innovative, and efficient solutions that address complex
business needs. This is a strategic role for an expert who thrives on driving transformation,
solving challenges, and delivering business value using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals and meet
scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Provide architectural oversight to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.2. Industry Expertise
Leverage deep knowledge of the TMT industry to design tailored solutions.Drive the adoption and implementation of ServiceNow’s SOM applications to optimizesales and order management processes.
Ensure effective configuration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, andFSM based on industry standards.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams togather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with key stakeholders,including ServiceNow developers, senior leadership, and Deutsche Telekom
representatives.
4. Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.Ensure adherence to architectural standards and delivery excellence.Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, with a focus on SOM and TMT modules,to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Partner with ServiceNow’s account teams and solution consultants to leverage innovativeuse cases.
5. Governance & Best Practices
Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices,enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments to identify risks andimprovement opportunities.
Key Qualifications : Experience :
Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managingServiceNow solutions.
Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow applications, including platformcapabilities such as flows, integrations, and data modeling.
Experience working with telecom companies is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to lead requirements scoping and design workshops.Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ServicePortal, and CSM.
Expertise in SOM, OMT, or TMT industry-specific applications.Experience in creating complex integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API methods.Familiarity with CMDB design, CSDM framework, and data integration in large-scaleenterprise environments.
Proficiency in platform administration capabilities, user interface, and security.Experience with DevOps strategies for effective code and data migration.Ability to create cloning and upgrade strategies.Leadership & Communication :
Strong ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders and technical teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complextechnical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Certifications (Preferred) :
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).ITIL v4 certification is a plus.Education :
