Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Costing Engineer with a strong interest in interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will handle estimation, BOQ, cost control, procurement support, and vendor coordination, along with supporting management in new business leads, vendor partnerships, and cost strategy that drive overall company growth.

• Prepare, review, and analyse tender documents, BOQs, and scopes of work.
• Evaluate, compare, and negotiate vendor / subcontractor quotations.
