Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the entire software development process, from conception to deployment.
• Ability to comprehend and contribute to the technical architecture of software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients.
• Proficient in Agile methodology, capable of managing projects efficiently.
• Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Focus on delivering excellent service to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of project financials, including cost estimation, billing, and profitability analysis.
• Capability to determine the cost of implementation versus billing cost to ensure project profitability.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in software development and technical project management.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze project costs and profitability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
