Responsibilities And Duties
- Developing & implementing purchasing strategies
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and Organization Partnership
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Procure parts and materials at negotiated rates
- Preparation of comparative cost estimation with the help of proposals collected
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Examine and test existing contract
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specification and expectation of company
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
- Expects unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long term saving on procurement costs
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer
Exp : Minimum 15 years & above
Candidates with prior experience in EPC Company will only be considered
