Job description[Primary Skills] : Good understanding of Media formats MP4, MXF and HEIF, understanding of video codecs H.264 and H.265 concepts Strong C, C++ programming skills Good logical & problem-solving abilities & communication skills
[Good to have Skills] :
- Exposure to software development using GIT
- Knowledge & experience with the full SDLC
- Application development with Visual studio framework and unit testing
- Exposure to Linux environment is an advantage
- Video codec verification know-how & experience
- Bachelors or Master's or in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related. 3+ years of experience with H264, H265 (HEVC), MP4 format and HEIF formats on visual studio framework
- Understand Video codec specifications H.264 and H.265 including syntax elements and ISO-IEC 14496-10 and 12 specifications
- Analyze customer requirements and check items as per the specification and implement them in the verification tools
- Design and develop the source code
- Create test plan and perform unit and regression testing
- Should be familiar with GitHub, JIRA and C / C++ development on Visual studio 2019
