Presales experience in Workplace area and Customer facing role in the current organization.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Effort Estimation experience for Service Desk and Digital Workplace.
Domain Knowledge including Cost and Effort Estimates
Experience in providing solution for Service Desk
ITIL Process Knowledge
Expertise in Field support solution design
Knowledge in device management (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, VDI, Citrix)
Knowledge in Messaging and Collaboration platforms (O365, M365, Gsuite)
Good Knowledge in Operational activities in End User Device Management (Deployment, Patching, Monitoring)
Knowledge about market leading tools and approaches of Automations
Experience in creating Solution documents, customer presentations.
Good To Have
In-depth knowledge of any technology (SCCM, Intune, O365, M365, VDI, Citrix)
Transformation expertise (Migration , experience in Merger and acquisition projects)
Expertise in Voice platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys)
Modern Device Management Implementation
Transition Overviews for Solutioned People, process, and technology
