Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Channel Development
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to accelerate business growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for untapped regions and verticals.
- Product Strategy & Innovation
- Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet market needs and propose new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and Sales to conceptualize and launch new product lines aligned with market demand.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Lead competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Deliver actionable insights through regular market reports and dashboards.
- Brand Positioning & Communication
- Refine TELs brand messaging across platforms to reinforce technical excellence and emotional resonance.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Marketing or equivalent; Preferably Work Experience from Switchgear, Electrical Industry, or B2B Industrial Marketing preferred.8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.Proven record of accomplishment in market analysis, product development, and channel strategy.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization.
