We’re seeking a dynamic Team Lead in inside Sales who can inspire, strategize, and deliver results. If you’re passionate about IT sales, love mentoring high-performing teams, and can turn opportunities into long-term business relationships, we want you on our team!

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 : -

• Lead & Inspire : Guide, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to excel.
• Strategize for Success : Design and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Drive Business Growth : Identify new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Master the Pipeline : Oversee lead generation, qualification, and pipeline health.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing & technical teams to support sales initiatives.
• Performance Excellence : Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure team success.
• Upskill & Review : Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Client Champion : Manage meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.

Qualifications : - B.Com, BBA, BCA, BCS, M.Com, MBA, MCA, MCS.
