Area Sales Officer – Construction Supplies

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of construction materials through effective channel and direct sales, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers, and ensuring business growth in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials / building products / hardware / cement / steel / paints / tiles.
• Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with Delhi NCR construction market and network is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
