1. Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all revenue streams.
- Create accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for occupancy, revenue, and market demand.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand fluctuations.
2. Inventory & Pricing Management
Optimize room inventory allocation across all distribution channels (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate).Manage rate parity and integrity across all platforms.Ensure yield management techniques are effectively applied.3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports (e.g., STR, PMS reports).Track key performance indicators : RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOPPAR, etc.Present insights to senior management and suggest corrective actions where needed.4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
Work closely with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing to align strategies.Guide reservations team to adopt best practices in upselling and revenue conversion.Coordinate with digital marketing team to ensure strategic online visibility and rate competitiveness.5. System Management
Ensure optimal usage and accuracy of all revenue systems : PMS, CRS, RMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.Drive system audits, rate code rationalization, and configuration alignment.Key Skills :
Deep understanding of hotel revenue management conceptsStrong analytical and forecasting abilitiesExpertise in Excel, RMS tools (e.g., IDEAS, Duetto, RateGain), PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, eZee)Knowledge of distribution platforms and booking enginesStrategic thinking with commercial acumenStrong communication and leadership skills
