Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Good experience as a Solution Architect, someone should be able to design, troubleshooting and bug fixing when required.

Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and system designs.

Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing

Act as the

go-to expert

for diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce issues.

Perform deep root cause analysis for bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.

Implement permanent fixes and recommend preventive measures to improve platform stability.

Technical Leadership & Development

Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL) when required.

Mentor and support teams in troubleshooting and debugging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business goals.

Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce development, solution design experience and atleast 2-3 years of solution architect experience working currently.

Strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Integration).

Expertise in

debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing

in Salesforce environments.

Proven track record of delivering

end-to-end Salesforce solutions .

Salesforce certifications preferred.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Salesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have)

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver under pressure.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
