The Role :
We need a Sales Head who can own and drive revenue growth from day one. You'll inherit a lean sales operation with strong product-market fit and significant growth potential.
This role demands someone who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, comfortable building processes while actively closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own complete P&L responsibility for sales revenue and growth metrics
- Personally manage and close high-value accounts while building the sales engine
- Develop and execute sales strategies for our three-tier product offering (Essential, Growth, Scale)
- Build and optimize sales processes, from lead qualification through contract closure
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Drive expansion into new market segments and geographies (including MENA)
- Establish partnerships with HR consultants and channel partners
- Implement and optimize CRM workflows and sales operations

6-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years in leadership rolesProven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets in the SMB / mid-market segmentExperience building sales teams and processes in early-stage environmentsHands-on experience with CRM implementation and sales operationsStrong understanding of the Indian SMB landscape and buyer psychologyAbility to articulate complex technical solutions in business termsComfort working in environments where you define the playbook, not follow oneIdeal Candidate Profile :
