Job Title : Workday Tester

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Tester with a minimum of 4 years of experience in testing Workday applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various Workday modules , possess a solid understanding of Agile methodology , and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance).
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Workday configurations and integrations.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
Prepare detailed test documentation and provide input for test planning and test strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills :

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Workday testing .

Hands-on knowledge of multiple Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.).

Experience in writing and executing test scripts, and using tools for defect tracking and test management.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Start : Immediate
