Job Title : Assembly Engineer / Assembly technician

Department : Manufacturing / Production

Reports To : Production Manager

Job Summary :

Assemble or improve fixture and semi-auto, in charge of including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, testing and acceptance of machinery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and assign tasks to individuals when new equipment is required
• Monitor work and expedite equipment assembly progress.
• Understand assembly processes such as 5S, safety, fixture assembly and semi auto processes.
• Have basic skills in mechanical assembly
• Have basic skills in PLC : PLC IO connection, PLC power connection,...
• Have basic skills in electricity and electrical instruments : circuit breakers, fuses, DC-AC power sources, relays, sensors,....
• Read and understand 2D and 3D electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Train technicians..
